Encounter arm - owner comments
Iv'e installed the Encounter on the Opera LP5 turntable.I must say that this arm sounds like nothing that I have heard or owned before.The tonal quality is astonishingly accurate and clear, bass notes have no overhang.The arm is astonishingly transparent and neutral.SME V sounds heavy and slow in comparison the same applies to the Eminent Technology arm.Great arm. The armtube seems significantly thinner than the Mk I version
Once again, thank you for a superb arm in the Encounter, The sound of
guitars,vibes and percussion is astonishingly good in fact the
entire audio spectrum with this arm is superbly clear and solid.
